Refund policy

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer mishandling or size/color change by choice. Refunds are issued only when the returned product is approved.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Delivery time takes around 4–7 business days, depending on location.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment
